How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
Yes, all Karup Design products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in both the frame and the mattress.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to receive a full refund.
Are the futon covers removable?
Most of our futon mattresses feature integrated tufting to keep the filling in place, meaning the covers are not removable. We recommend using a damp cloth for spot cleaning.
Is assembly difficult?
Not at all. Our furniture is designed for easy 'knock-down' assembly. Every product includes a detailed manual and all necessary hardware to get you set up quickly.
